Shipping Policy

We currently ship to all provinces and territories within Canada. US and International shipping is coming soon!

Shipping Locations


All orders for 'In Stock' items are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

  • Orders placed for items that are 'Out of Stock' will have a manufacturing lead time of approximately 1-3 weeks.

Processing Times


Standard Shipping - Canada Post Regular Parcel with a tracking number (3-10 business days*). When Canada Post is on strike a suitable replacement courier will be used (UPS, Fed-Ex, Purolator).

Local Calgary Pickup - Pickup will NOT be done from our manufacturing facility. Pickup location will be mutually agreed upon after product purchase. Typical pickup meeting place is SouthCentre Mall. Pickup will be arranged within 1-3 days of purchase via email.

Delivery - Orders over $500.00 will be delivered at no charge within the greater Calgary area (Airdrie, Cochrane, Okotoks, Langdon). Just select Pickup during checkout and we'll be in touch to find a suitable delivery time.

*Shipment delivery times are estimates provided by Canada Post and may vary depending on location, weather, and postal volume.

We offer Flat Rate shipping on all our items.

  • AB - $12.00

  • BC, SK, MB - $18.00

  • All other Provinces and Territories - $22.00

Shipping Rates


Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a Canada Post tracking number. You can track your order at www.canadapost-postescanada.ca.

Order Tracking


While we strive to ensure your order arrives on time, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g. weather, postal service disruptions, or high-volume periods like holidays). If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please Contact us and we will assist you.

Delays & Issues


Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for packages delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.


If your package is lost, please notify us within 5 business days after the expected delivery date. If your package arrives damaged please Contact us immediately and include photos of the box, all contents and detailed photos of the damaged products. We will work with Canada Post to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Return Policy

At Skull & Cinder we take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is important to us.

However, all items sold are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.


All purchases made through our store are considered Final Sale. We do NOT accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any reason. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Final Sale Policy


In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please Contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

Damaged or Defective Items


Warranty Claim for Torch Lighters

Torch lighters come with a 1 year limited warranty from the manufacturer. Please consult the warranty card that came with the torch for more information and any warranty claims.


In the event of extenuating circumstances, a Refund or Exchange may be approved. In this event you will be responsible for return shipping and re-delivery costs unless the return is due to our error. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days of us receiving your return. Any Return or Exchange will be subject to inspection for wear or damage, and if present may result in a restocking fee up to 50% of that items purchase price or a refusal to complete the Return or Exchange.
