Blackberry Mint Cooler
This Non-Alcoholic Smoked Blackberry Mint Cooler combines the sweet, tart flavor of fresh blackberries with the cooling freshness of mint, all elevated by a smooth smoky finish. It’s the perfect balance of fruity, herbaceous, and smoky—perfect for sipping in the sun.
Muddle 4–5 fresh blackberries and 2–3 fresh mint leaves at the bottom of a mixing glass.
Add ¾ oz simple syrup and ½ oz fresh lime juice to the glass.
Fill the glass with ice and pour in 2 oz fresh water. Stir to combine.
Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
Place the Skull & Cinder cocktail smoker on the glass, ignite your wood chips, and allow the drink to absorb smoke for 30–45 seconds.
Garnish with a mint sprig and a few blackberries, then serve.
