Blackberry Mint Cooler

This Non-Alcoholic Smoked Blackberry Mint Cooler combines the sweet, tart flavor of fresh blackberries with the cooling freshness of mint, all elevated by a smooth smoky finish. It’s the perfect balance of fruity, herbaceous, and smoky—perfect for sipping in the sun.

  1. Muddle 4–5 fresh blackberries and 2–3 fresh mint leaves at the bottom of a mixing glass.

  2. Add ¾ oz simple syrup and ½ oz fresh lime juice to the glass.

  3. Fill the glass with ice and pour in 2 oz fresh water. Stir to combine.

  4. Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.

  5. Place the Skull & Cinder cocktail smoker on the glass, ignite your wood chips, and allow the drink to absorb smoke for 30–45 seconds.

  6. Garnish with a mint sprig and a few blackberries, then serve.
