Smoked Pear Fizz
A refreshing, fruity blend of sweet pear nectar and spicy honey ginger, with a smoky twist that adds depth and complexity. The effervescence from the sparkling water makes this a perfectly balanced, sophisticated mocktail.
Add 3 oz pear nectar (or high-quality pear juice), ½ oz honey ginger syrup, and ½ oz fresh lemon juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Place the Skull & Cinder cocktail smoker on the glass, ignite your chosen wood chips, and allow the drink to absorb smoke for 30–45 seconds.
Strain into a coupe glass filled with fresh ice.
Top with 2–3 oz sparkling water, club soda, or ginger beer and stir gently to combine.
Garnish with a thin pear slice and a cinnamon stick. Torch the cinnamon stick slightly for extra aroma, then serve.
