Smoked Honeycrisp & Rosemary

A crisp, refreshing blend of sweet, tart Honeycrisp apple and herbal rosemary, with the depth of smoke to give it a sophisticated edge. It’s a drink that’s both fruity and herbaceous, with a smooth smoky finish that lingers.

  1. Add ¾ oz honey syrup and 1 oz fresh lemon juice to a mixing glass.

  2. Pour in 2 oz fresh pressed Honeycrisp apple juice and stir to combine.

  3. Fill a coupe glass or rocks glass with ice and strain the mixture over it.

  4. Place the Skull & Cinder cocktail smoker on the glass, ignite your rosemary sprig, and allow the drink to absorb smoke for 30–45 seconds.

  5. Finish with a fresh rosemary sprig and an apple slice, then serve.
