Smoked Rosemary Lemonade

This Non-Alcoholic Smoky Lemonade combines the tart brightness of fresh lemon with the herbal warmth of smoked rosemary. The infusion of smoke adds a rustic, aromatic twist to a classic, making each sip both refreshing and comforting.

  1. Add ¾ oz honey syrup and ¾ oz fresh lemon juice to a mixing glass.

  2. Pour in 2 oz water and stir briefly to combine.

  3. Fill a coupe glass with ice and strain the mixture over it.

  4. Top with chilled sparkling water and give it a gentle stir.

  5. Place the Skull & Cinder cocktail smoker on the glass, ignite your rosemary sprig, and allow the drink to absorb smoke for 30–45 seconds.

  6. Finish with a lemon wheel and a sprig of fresh rosemary, then serve.
