Smoky Paloma

A Non-Alcoholic Smoky Paloma balances bright grapefruit and lime with subtle sweetness and a soft veil of smoke. It’s refreshing, lightly bitter, and complex—proof that zero-proof can still feel elevated and bold.

  1. Rim a rocks glass with salt and fill with ice.

  2. Add ½ oz agave syrup and ¾ oz fresh lime juice to a mixing glass.

  3. Pour in 2 oz fresh grapefruit juice and stir briefly to combine.

  4. Strain into the glass and top with chilled grapefruit soda and give a gentle stir.

  5. Place the Skull & Cinder cocktail smoker on the glass, ignite your chosen wood chips, and allow the drink to absorb smoke for 30–45 seconds.

  6. Finish with a fresh grapefruit wedge, then serve.

Note: For extra depth, try using smoked salt for the rim ahead of time, or smoke the empty glass before building the drink to enhance the aroma.
