Smoked Caribbean Rum Zing

  1. Fill a 16 oz glass (or mason jar) half full with ice.

  2. Pour 1.5 oz dark rum, 1.5 oz orange juice, ½ oz orange liqueur, 2 oz ginger ale, and ½ oz grenadine over the ice. Stir well to mix.

  3. Add a splash of grenadine, a dash of cinnamon, and a dash of nutmeg on top.

  4. Place the Skull & Cinder smoker over the glass, add your chosen wood chips and allow the smoke to infuse for 30–45 seconds.

  5. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig and serve.

Dark rum, citrus, ginger, and a touch of grenadine are combined over ice, then gently smoked for a vibrant, tropical cocktail. Finished with a mint sprig, it’s zesty, sweet, and memorably smoky.
