Smoked Rosemary Bramble Sour
Place the Skull & Cinder smoker on a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Add a sprig of rosemary to the smoking basket and ignite. Allow the rosemary smoke to linger in the glass as you prepare the drink.
In a shaker with ice, combine 2 oz gin, ¾ oz fresh lemon juice, and ½ oz simple syrup. Shake vigorously until well chilled.
Strain into the smoky glass and lightly stir in the smoke.
Drizzle ½ oz crème de mûre (blackberry liqueur) over the top of the drink for the classic Bramble “float.”
Gently stir once to create a layered effect, keeping the float visible.
Optional - place the smoker back over the glass with another sprig of Rosemary for an additional 30–45 seconds of aromatic smoke.
Garnish with a fresh blackberry and rosemary sprig, then serve.
