Smoked Whisky Sour

The Smoked Whisky Sour blends bourbon or rye with fresh lemon and a touch of sweetness, shaken to silky perfection. Lightly infused with aromatic smoke and finished with a lemon twist or cherry, it’s a bright, smoky, and unforgettable sip.

  1. Add 2 oz bourbon or rye whiskey, ¾ oz fresh lemon juice, ½ oz simple syrup, and 1 egg white (optional) to a shaker.

  2. Dry shake (without ice) 10–15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.

  3. Add ice and shake again until well chilled.

  4. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.

  5. Place the Skull & Cinder cocktail smoker on the glass, ignite your chosen wood chips, and allow smoke to infuse for 30–45 seconds.

  6. Garnish with a lemon twist or cherry, then serve immediately.
