Smoky Caesar
Vodka, Clamato juice, fresh lime, and savory spices are combined and poured over ice, then delicately infused with aromatic smoke. Finished with a lime wedge and celery stalk, it’s a bold, smoky twist on the Canadian classic.
Rim a tall glass with celery salt or smoked salt and fill with ice.
Place the Skull & Cinder cocktail smoker over the empty glass, ignite your chosen wood chips, and let the smoke fill the glass and linger while you prepare the drink.
In a shaker, combine 2 oz vodka, 4 oz Clamato juice, ½ oz fresh lime juice, 2–3 dashes hot sauce, 2–3 dashes Worcestershire sauce, and a pinch of smoked paprika or celery salt. Shake gently.
Pour into the pre-smoked glass.
Garnish with a lime wedge and celery stalk, then serve immediately.
