Smoked Manhattan

Rye or bourbon is stirred with sweet vermouth and bitters, then poured over ice and infused with aromatic smoke for a rich, elegant cocktail. Finished with a Luxardo cherry, it’s smooth, bold, and memorably smoky.

  1. Add 2 oz rye or bourbon, 1 oz sweet vermouth, and 2–3 dashes Angostura bitters to a mixing glass with ice. Stir until well chilled and silky.

  2. Strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube or a chilled coupe glass.

  3. Place the Skull & Cinder smoker on the glass, add your chosen wood chips, and allow smoke to infuse for 30–45 seconds.

  4. Garnish with a Luxardo cherry, then serve

Note: Try smoking the empty glass while you prepare the drink. Pouring into a smoky glass will allow the aroma to infuse more with your drink.
