Smoked S’more
Chocolate liqueur, vodka, and milk are shaken and poured over a chocolate and graham cracker rimmed glass, then infused with aromatic smoke for a decadent, dessert-style cocktail. Finished with toasted marshmallows, it’s rich, creamy, and indulgently smoky.
Rim a rocks or whiskey glass with chocolate syrup and then graham cracker crumbs. Add 2 tsp chocolate syrup to the bottom of the glass.
In a shaker with ice, combine 1 oz chocolate liqueur, 1 oz vodka, and ¼ cup milk. Shake thoroughly.
Strain into the prepared glass.
Place the Skull & Cinder smoker on the glass, ignite your chosen wood chips, and allow smoke to settle on top of the drink for 30–45 seconds.
While the smoke settles, toast marshmallows with The Torch. Skewer with a long toothpick for easy garnishing.
Garnish the cocktail with toasted marshmallows and serve.
