Smoked Negroni

  1. Add 1 oz gin, 1 oz sweet vermouth, and 1 oz Campari to a mixing glass with ice. Stir until well chilled and silky.

  2. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.

  3. Place the Skull & Cinder smoker on the glass, add your chosen wood chips, and allow smoke to infuse for 30–45 seconds.

  4. Garnish with an expressed orange twist, then serve

Gin, sweet vermouth, and Campari are stirred over ice, then infused with aromatic smoke for a bold, balanced, and sophisticated cocktail. Finished with an orange twist, it’s bitter, smoky, and deeply flavorful.
