Smoked Negroni
Add 1 oz gin, 1 oz sweet vermouth, and 1 oz Campari to a mixing glass with ice. Stir until well chilled and silky.
Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
Place the Skull & Cinder smoker on the glass, add your chosen wood chips, and allow smoke to infuse for 30–45 seconds.
Garnish with an expressed orange twist, then serve
