Smoking Hot Toddy

Whiskey, honey, fresh lemon, and warm water are combined and gently smoked for a cozy, aromatic sip. Finished with a lemon wheel and cinnamon stick, it’s soothing, warming, and elegantly smoky.

  1. Squeeze ½ oz fresh lemon juice into a heatproof mug.

  2. Add ½ oz Hot Honey, 2 oz bourbon or whisky, and 4 oz hot water. Sir to dissolve the honey.

  3. Place the Skull & Cinder smoker over the mug, add your chosen wood chips (we recommend Smoldering Maple), and allow smoke to infuse for 30–45 seconds.

  4. Garnish with a lemon wheel and cinnamon stick, then serve.
